All gold, silver, and platinum items sold by Kendra Jewelries meet recognized purity standards:
• Gold items are stamped with their karat purity (e.g., 14K, 18K, 21K, 24K)
• Silver items meet at least 92.5% purity (Sterling Silver / 925)
• Platinum items meet recognized PT900 or PT950 standards
Imported precious metal items carry hallmarking from the country of origin that is recognized under international hallmarking conventions.
Gemstone Certification
Gemstones of significant value are accompanied by certification from recognized gemological laboratories, which may include:
• Gemological Institute of America (GIA)
• International Gemological Institute (IGI)
• Philippine Gemological Society (PGS)
Certificates include details such as gemstone type, carat weight, cut, clarity, color, and any treatments disclosed by the supplier.
Nickel Compliance
Jewelry items comply with nickel release limits as set by international standards (EU Nickel Directive and equivalent ISO standards), ensuring safety for skin contact and minimizing allergic reactions.
Product Safety
All items are inspected for structural integrity, secure stone settings, and finish quality before being offered for sale. Imported pieces undergo the same quality inspection upon arrival in the Philippines.
Labeling Requirements
Product listings on our website include material, metal type, gemstone, and weight information where applicable. Imported items include country of origin information upon request.
Warranty & After-Sales Support
Defects in materials or workmanship identified within 30 days of delivery are eligible for return or exchange under our Returns policy. For imported items, warranty claims are handled directly by Kendra Jewelries — you do not need to contact the original overseas supplier.
